I was inactive for 3 months during the holidays so I gained the weight back from 145+ lbs. But on February I joined Beachbody as a coach and was invited to a challenge group. Started with a 3 day SHAKEOLOGY cleanse (shed 5 lbs) and 21 day fix with 30 minute workouts 7 days a week with a portion controlled eating plan to maximize fat loss (shed 8 lbs). This is just the beginning. More to come in April with P90x3.
